Ingredients
- 1/4 medium sized Carrot
- 1/4 small sized Cabbage
- 1 Spring onion greens
- 3 tbsps Comstarch
- 2 tbsps Oil
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn kernels
- 4-5 cups Vegetable stock
- 150 gms Sweet corn (cream style)
- 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
- Wash, peel and cut carrot into small dices. Wash, trim, remove core and finely chop cabbage. Wash, trim and chop spring onion greens
- Blend cmstarch in half a cup of water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a work or a pan and aadd chopped cabbage, carrot and corn kernels. Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Stir in vegetable stock and bring it to a boil
- Mix, in the cream style corn is mixed well
- Add salt, white pepper powder, sugar and ajinomoto. Stir in blended comstarch, cook on high heat for a minute or until the soup has thickened, stirring continuously
- Serve piping hot, garnished with chopped spring onion greens,
