.::Tomato Soup Shrimp Balls::.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kgs tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1 nutmeg, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 / 2 pepper
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 500 ml chicken stock 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped petersei

Shrimp Balls:
  • 250 gr chopped shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Sand, mix well. Fried forms a ball, set aside

How to cook:
  • Boil water, stewed tomatoes briefly until wilted, lift, and blend. Then strain and set aside
  • Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, put flour and stir well.
  • Add the tomatoes finely, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken broth, and tomato sauce, and boil all.
  • Pour the heavy cream and remove from heat.
  • Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
