.::Tomato Soup Shrimp Balls::.
Ingredients:
- 1 kgs tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 nutmeg, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 2 pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 500 ml chicken stock 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped petersei
Shrimp Balls:
- 250 gr chopped shrimp
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How to cook:
- Boil water, stewed tomatoes briefly until wilted, lift, and blend. Then strain and set aside
- Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, put flour and stir well.
- Add the tomatoes finely, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken broth, and tomato sauce, and boil all.
- Pour the heavy cream and remove from heat.
- Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
